## Methodology in one paragraph

Organization names are normalized and matched exactly against SEC legal names, verified aliases and the SEC Exhibit 21 subsidiary map; there is no fuzzy matching, a name claimed by more than one issuer is refused, and every hit states its method and confidence. Members of Congress resolve by exact or last-name match and ambiguous names return candidates. Board seats come from annual Financial Disclosure reports. Directional calls are logged when they land and verified against SPY 30 days later; rates print only at a sample of 20 or more.
